Warranty
The battery has a finite life span. It’s under warranty for 60 days starting from the date of receipt. E-juice pod is a consumable item and is not covered under warranty.
The warranty terms are invalid under the following circumstances.
1. Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in any way will void your warranty
2. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic due to abuse
3. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, theft, or other external causes
4. Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use
5. Damage to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability
