    Finland ban display tobacco in 2012

    From the beginning of next year, when the Finnish consumers to purchase tobacco products, they will need to know the name and the categories of cigarette products.

    National welfare and health oversight agencies give a new guideline to sales of tobacco in 2012, when in the store, canteen, or restaurant will not see these products.

    According to the new law, the customer will not see the cigarette packing,  cigarette names or their pictures.

    Sales only pull out tobacco products from the normally closed, opaque cabinet.

    Vending machines near the cash register must show the number, instead of packets of the picture.
